We now have a clean, system-level shared folder configuration that:

•	Is automatic for all users
•	Replaces their default Documents folder seamlessly
•	Requires no per-user maintenance or scripts
•	Is robust, scalable (new users), and future-proof

📂 Folder Redirection Behaviour

•	New users logging in for the first time will have their Documents folder automatically redirected to:

D:SharedDocsDocuments

•	Existing users’ Documents folders have also been redirected system-wide

🧾 Final Results

•	The Documents folder in File Explorer now opens the shared location for every user
•	**Appears natively — no junctions, libraries, or workarounds required**
•	Fully read/write accessible to all users
•	Persists across reboots and logouts
•	Any file saved to Documents is immediately visible to all users
